Breakfast was not good and nobody cleaned up the tables and counters an hour after a bus left. Had to clean off own table. Wife couldn't eat the
Egg and sausage. Saw people leaving to eat breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel was run down, there was one elevator working, our car was vandalized, and the property manager never got back with us..
The area is much to be desired, in other words it was a horrible hotel experience... The area in which the hotel is located is not a nice area🙁

They should have let their customers know after reserving and prepaying that there would be an addition $100 deposit when you check in. The shower faucet is a little confusing at first you have to keep turning it to get desired temp. The beds are nice and comfy and the room is clean. It is straight off of the highway and tons of stores and restuarants to go to.

Hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Carpets were dirty, bathrooms were dirty. Beds were comfortable. Curtains were dirty and torn. The door dividing connecting rooms were broken...
Bottom line. Hotel needs to he closed for a few months and renovated, looks like the last renovation was decades ago.

I like Metro points hotel. It is in a good location, great eating places. Good sightseeing place downtown. Many good malls. I would like to receive good senior citizen rates. Metro points have very clean rooms great accommodations very good service and the people are very accommodating. Thanks again.
held my deposit because they said we smoked in the room. We used a cup for outside and kept it foe each use dumped it and put cup in trash . We would never smoke in a hotel room just wanted an excuse to keep.my deposit ! Will never stay here again!!!!
This is a beautiful hotel. It's older but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the people that work there are nice and hospitable and there are plenty of luggage carts to use for baggage. Loved it!
No microwave nor refrigerator available in the room. The bed was raggedy, made noise upon sitting or moving around. Lobby area completely shut down. Appears to be used as a Transient hotel now.
The foyer is very well maintained and pretty. When we first walked in we were happy we chose to stay, however as soon as you exit the elevator you see the real state of the hotel
